By accessing this website or booking services with XIV Wellness LLC, doing business as XIV Wellness and XIV The Wellness Suite ("XIV," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this site or our services.

2.Use of the Site

This site provides information about longevity-focused strength training, nutrition coaching, and wellness programs. You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and not to take any action that could damage, disable, or impair its operation.

3.Bookings, Programs & Memberships

Submitting an assessment or program request through this site is an inquiry, not a confirmed booking. Our staff will contact you to confirm availability and scheduling. Sessions are 45 minutes; please arrive 15 minutes early to warm up. Membership terms, billing, and cancellation policies are provided at sign-up. Pricing, schedules, and program details are subject to change without notice.

4.SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our forms, you expressly consent to receive text messages from XIV Wellness LLC, including appointment reminders, scheduling notifications, coaching check-ins, program updates, and occasional promotional offers.

  • Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our programs.
  • Message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
  • Opt out: reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out.

  • Consent is not a condition of purchase of any goods or services.

5.Health, Safety & Assumption of Risk

Participation in strength training and exercise carries inherent risk. Before training, clients must complete required waivers and health screenings and must disclose relevant medical conditions or injuries. XIV Wellness is a fitness and nutrition coaching studio, not a physical therapy or medical practice — we do not diagnose or treat injuries or medical conditions. If you are experiencing acute pain, swelling, numbness, tingling, or a medical condition, you must be cleared by your doctor or physical therapist before training. Nothing on this site constitutes medical advice; consult a physician before beginning any exercise or nutrition program.

6.Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, program names such as the XIV Longevity Method and Next Chapter Reset, and coaching materials — is the property of XIV Wellness LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

7.User Submissions

Information you submit through this site is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By submitting information, you represent that it is accurate and complete, that you are at least 18 years old, and that you are authorized to provide it.
